RealScout

Property search functionality is powered by RealScout. When you use property search features, your search behavior, saved listings, and contact requests are processed by RealScout under their own privacy policy. We receive CRM records of your activity to facilitate follow-up.

SureSend

Contact forms, SMS messaging, and email automation are powered by SureSend (suresend.ai). Information you submit is stored in SureSend's CRM system and subject to their privacy policy. We use SureSend to manage leads, send communications, and track consent.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google may use this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

JBGoodwin REALTORS

Scott C. Peck operates under the brokerage of JBGoodwin REALTORS. Information related to active real estate transactions may be shared with JBGoodwin REALTORS as required by Texas law and brokerage policy.

We use SureSend as our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. When you contact us, SureSend stores and organizes the following data to facilitate our communications with you:

• Your contact details (name, phone, email) and stated real estate interests
• Full email communication history between you and Scott C. Peck
• SMS message logs, including timestamps and delivery status
• Internal notes added by Scott regarding your inquiry or transaction
• Consent records (SMS and email), including the date, time, and method of consent
• Tags, pipeline stage, and activity history within the CRM

CRM data is retained for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations. Consent records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years. You may request access to or deletion of your CRM record by contacting us directly.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with content generation, drafting communications, analyzing market data, and providing property recommendations. Specifically, AI may be used to:

• Draft or suggest responses to client inquiries
• Generate website copy, blog posts, and market reports
• Analyze publicly available real estate data and trends
• Assist in preparing property descriptions and marketing materials

All AI-generated content is reviewed by Scott C. Peck before being sent or published. However, AI tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Nothing generated by AI constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice. We do not input sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers or financial account data) into AI tools.

We may use advertising and conversion tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and to reach prospective clients. These may include:

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — tracks website visits and form submissions to measure ad performance and build lookalike audiences of people similar to our existing clients
• Google Ads conversion tracking — measures actions taken on the Site after clicking a Google ad, such as form submissions or property page visits
• Interest-based advertising — we may use aggregated data to serve ads to users who have visited the Site or expressed interest in San Antonio real estate on third-party platforms
• Lookalike audiences — hashed contact information (such as email addresses) may be uploaded to advertising platforms to reach similar audiences. We do not share raw personal data; uploads use one-way hashing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent records with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

JBGoodwin REALTORS

As a Broker Associate, Scott C. Peck operates under JBGoodwin REALTORS. Information related to active real estate transactions may be shared with JBGoodwin REALTORS as required by Texas law, brokerage policy, and TREC regulations.

Service Providers

We share information with trusted vendors who help us operate the Site and deliver services:

• SureSend — CRM, SMS messaging, email automation, and lead management
• RealScout — property search and MLS data integration
• Postmark — transactional email delivery for contact form submissions
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and not for their own marketing purposes.

Professional Advisors

All real estate activities are conducted in compliance with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) rules and regulations, including those governing advertising, disclosure, and record retention.

The Texas Real Estate Consumer Protection Notice and the Information About Brokerage Services form are available upon request or at the time of any real estate transaction.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations (including TREC record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. SMS and email consent records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
